Agency Roles at a Glance
The agency is responsible for the identification, development and management of all state infrastructure, assets and projects in collaboration with the relevant MDAs for the purposes of establishing private sector participation in the areas of privatization, concessions, commercialization or public private partnerships.
Our Strategic Role
The agency structure and scope enables us play a prominent and strategic role in driving the transformational agenda for Plateau State's economic outlook, through investment promotion initiatives covering not just MSMEs enabling ease of doing business incentives driven through the One Stop Investment Center (OSIC) as well as infrastructure development delivery through complex transactions like public private partnerships.
Public Private Partnerships & Infrastructure
Responsible for strategic opportunities to identify, develop and execute on behalf of MDAs with potential private partners on the infrastructure development opportunities per sector, available for PPPs, privatization, concessions or commercialization of state owned assets.
Investment Promotion & Facilitation
Responsible for identifying strategic interests or opportunities to showcase, highlight and demonstrate to both internal and external potential partners both public or private sectors, on the huge investment opportunities readily available within Plateau State.
Business Reforms – One Stop Investment Center
Responsible for driving the Ease of Doing Business initiatives to ensure a seamless investor experience by creating the best enabling business environment at all levels of private sector participation within the state through collaboration with strategic MDAs that will be establish sustainable social and economic growth.
Project Research & Intelligence
Responsible for extracting authentic and relevant data and information from the right sources and ensuring project intelligence is properly aligned from all sources to establish a seamless and comprehensive repository for ALL critical state data or information required for any private sector or project development.
